In June, 2024, Yacko Art studio and gallery opened its doors to budding artists of any age. Founded by Terrie Yacko, who had taught art at Johnstown Christian School for eleven years, Yacko Art is a place where artists can gain confidence in their God-given artistic skills and talents. The studio offers classes for students from kindergarten through adult, open art times for people of any age to just walk in and create, a place for art parties for special events, and a gallery featuring pieces for sale created by local artists.
